Initial Consultation
We start first with a consultation so that we can get a feel for what your vision is. Once we all come to the same understanding as to what it is that you want, we work together with you to make specific house plans. We turn your hopes and dreams into something tangible in the form of a blueprint, and we introduce you to our architects and building designers.
Financial Planning
Next, we make sure to establish a budget to make sure your custom build stays within a range you can afford. We tailor the plans as needed to make sure to meet that budget.
Starting the Build
After putting your plans on paper and establishing an accurate quotation, we are ready to sign the contract and get started on your build. With our respectful and articulate expert, we follow your vision closely and remain sensitive to your budget.
